Zookeeper sideart phase one hits the air!

Got some neato pix from This Old Game from the screening of the Zoo Keeper sideart I vectored while I was in the hospital! The kickplate is on it's way with the large side panels to come but hey, it's a huge step forward on a beautiful piece of art on a very cool game!

Anyway, I won't explain them all.. just look and enjoy :)

Many thanks to Rich at This Old Game for his printing talents for helping make this one happen. So many beaten and bruised Zookeepers will be thanking him for years to come! Also, for the purist, Zookeeper vinyl paint mask stencils are also available although a bit more expensive to account for the labor involved in making them.

Gonna be an exciting couple weeks upcoming for gamestencils.com as our Adventurous shirts go to press, some really cool Cyro acrylic keychains, Burgertime Buttons, Cheyenne sideart and a couple more suprises all ship!

And for what it's worth, the stickers look mighty close to the original in terms of color and sheen.

I don't know where rich is just yet with the side pieces, i'm sure once his move is done I'll know more!

Any new updates on the Zookeeper printed sideart? Brian has the stencils available, but thought maybe with Rich's move the full pieces hadn't been finished just yet...

It was neither actually Steve. The cabs were painted and then the graphics were then screened on. I think stencils (which Brian has for sale right now) would look as close to original as possible, but I'm going with side art as it'll be easier to deal with, and of course it is after all a Taito game and I do not need to show any allegiance in this case. ;-)

Was the original cabinet art stenciled (painted) or was there side art? Just curious.

Looks excellent! I'll be doing a full restore on my ZK cab with the new side and front art that Rich is printing. Thank you Brian for all the work you did with the ZK art to help bring these pieces to market.

I was talking to Rich about getting the marquee done too. That's a good candidate for a repro as it's so easy for the graphics to get scratched off the back of that original marquee.
