Mappy Top Boxes - Endgame!

Well, this has been a far more complex project than I originally anticipated with all the angles, paint etc that have to be matched! So today the backboards were completed:

So I put together the very first one! Tools needed were an air nailer with 1 inch nails and some gorilla glue.

First step, place the blocking on the sides and nail them on.. then the light strips on the front edge:

Next, we glue in and nail the plywood bottom piece:

Continue with the back panel and the top air nailing and gorilla gluing along the way:

Install the top the same way, glue and nails and we have our first completed Mappy top box!

This test box will be shipped off to Jeff shortly to confirm it's all right and after that the remaining 7 boxes will be available on Gamestencils.com as a kit or as a preassembled box!
