I'm guessing since Nichibutsu liscensed it to Taito here in the US, but still made machines of thier own, it was obviously liscensed by Sega for Japan. Sega was a much larger operation than Nihon Bussan, back in the early 80's. They probably did it…

Yeah.. I got a Vision Pro back in late October 2009 for my Pac-Man for $190. But it took 6 months of persistant searching to find it. But it was worth every penny to have a crisp Pac-Man monitor with zero maze/score burn in. They're still available…

Good luck. Most places are out of new CRT's. Everybody hoarded them when they announced they were going to quit manufacturing them back in 2008. And if you do happen to find one, be prepared to pay a pretty penny for it.

Now there's another currently going for $800,200. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=110499541029 But I think the bidder(s) aren't serious about paying it.. There is no way I'd pay the price of a very nice house for an old NES cart…

Okay... I played a Roller Coaster Tycoon pin when with my nephews at Chuck E. Cheese's, today. For a Stern table, I liked it. It felt like a classic Bally/WMS Lawlor table, with a subtle nod to the Comet series (Dunk The Dummy Mode? you can't tell…

I love AFM. I just have a soft spot for TZ. I hope to own one, one day... Besides TZ and Red & Ted, I'd go for basically any table Williams or Bally made after 1986. Preferably Diner, Big Guns, Police Force, Pinbot, BK 2K, Earthshaker, F-14 Tomcat,…

I know TZ is highly sought after, but the only way I would ever willingly pay over $5000 for a TZ, is if it was still in it's original shipping crate. If I was paying $10,000, there had better be two machines in that crate ;)

I don't think ANY GAME should be a multicade, unless it was designed as a multicade. I'm one of those perfectionists - I think any game made before 1984 should be restored to it's original state - hardware, everything... Even most conversions drive…

I remember seeing that game advertised in the Nintendo Fun Club magazine, but I never saw it in a store. From Wikipedia: The North American, or NTSC, version of Stadium Events is universally accepted as the rarest licensed NES game available for p…

Pac-Man used two strips of double sided black adhesive stuck to the plastic CRT bezel to hold up the tinted plexi.

I can understand MS doing this for piracy reasons. But I know people who mod their consoles just to play imported titles. There's two sides to every story... And MS needs to find a way for people to continue to be play imports, while fighting pira…

No. It's local pickup. I'd grab it in a heartbeat, if I didn't live in Tennessee.

Matt,

Welcome to CoinOpSpace.com, we're happy you took the time to sign up and at least poke around the site. Did you find the site through Google? Or did you get an invite sent out by another collector asking you to join? I really want to know how people find the site, so let me know if you get a moment.

I see that you live in TN. If you want to use this site to network with other collectors close to you in a location specific group (Buy, Sell, Trade, Meetup), you might try;

http://www.coinopspace.com/group/tag

Also, there are groups for your listed favorite games! Join these groups to chat with guys who own the games, get specific tips on restoration, repair or just playing....(most of your listed games have groups, here are just a sampling)

Things are structured differently here, it's not just a forum, but so much more powerful than that. If you have any questions about how things work that may not be apparent right away, do drop me a line. If you like the site, do tell your friends about it and help us grow.

Also make sure to check out the usage rules (Located at Pages > Rules) when you get a chance to familiarize yourself with how we expect the site to work. If you have any feedback on the rules - things to add / remove, do let us know. We want this site to be for the collectors.

Happy to have you.
