"How is your project coming? Did you get all of the paint and artwork stripped off the side of the Nintendo cabinet? You've got about a month left..."

Well, just so you all know, that is not me in the picture.

I'm just a gamer who grew up some and miss the arcade scene. I'm slowley working on having myself a nice game room in my home. Need to do a bit of remodeling and pick up some more games though.
I'm always interested in arcade related items. Though not too many people around these parts to share the hobby with.

I've recently got hooked on those little Japanese cabinets as well, as if I needed more things to spend money on.

I've a modest game collection and have been selling and trading off my items to keep just the ones I want to have for a game room someday.

Life is good.

Ha! I'm reading your reply to my power button relocation topic while my son and I are watching LazyTown.

Hey Jackie
That is pretty cool you live in Owensboro. I live in Dothan, AL, but I work for Swedish Match. We have a plant in Owensboro and I go up there several times a year. They have asked me several times if I would move up there, but I have to refuse because it is just to dang cold up there. :) Yall get snow!! We just get hurricanes, but they just pass on through. Your cold just lingers and lingers. :) haha

Jackie,

Welcome to CoinOpSpace.com, we're happy you took the time to sign up and at least poke around the site. Did you find the site through Google? Or did you get an invite sent out by another collector asking you to join? Or maybe another arcade forum?

I see that you already found the KY group. Based on your msg...hopefully you can network with some of those guys to group your collection of games and related items..

Things are structured differently here, it's not just a forum, but so much more powerful than that. If you have any questions about how things work that may not be apparent right away, do drop me a line.

Also make sure to check out the usage rules when you get a chance to familiarize yourself with how we expect the site to work. If you have any feedback on the rules - things to add / remove, do let us know. We want this site to be for the collectors.

Happy to have you.

~Jeff
