Ms. Pacman screen is wavy

I disconnected all of the connectors and plugged them back in, pulled and replaced the fuses and there is still no improvement.

I would first cut those jumpers and throw away that little board the harness is connected to. Hook the harness up directly to the board.. That probably will not take care of your problem but its worth a shot.

That's bypassing the power contacts - would not be causing the speedup. Regarding the speedup, it sure is unusual. I'd either get it to a repair person or obtain another board - they are very reasonable these days. Bill
