I doubt the Atari version would work since it is significantly smaller in capacitance. You could try two of the Atari versions in parrallel to match the capacitance of the Gottlieb version. Mark Hooks

There is a replacement for the 50,000uF capacitor in the Qbert that Bob Roberts sells. It's the 55kuf25volt CG cap 2 1/2" D x 3" for $15

also arcade shop has a 55k uf cap. just remember though with any capacitor the voltage rating must be equal to or higher than the original cap. not sure what the voltage ratings are on any of these... or what the qbert needs.

if all else fails you could try to wire them together in parellel. if my electronics knowledge is correct the capacitance of capacitors in parellel is additive. a quick google search seems to confirm this. either way good luck! http://www.kpsec.fr

I still dont think i would use that in the Qbert. You should use exactly what cap Qbert is calling for. Yes maybe it will work but what are the possible side effects on the other hardware or damage that might ocure over time ?
