It only puts out 65VAC...It's got the correct voltage coming into the transformer but coming out it's MAX 65-70VAC...which is obviously no good.
It came out of a Radar Scope cocktail that some OP turned into a TRIVIA WHIZ. It also had another transformer that was hacked into the power cord for 240V.
Who knows what was done to this thing...all I do know is that I could hack in another transformer from a DKjr but I'd prefer to keep it original.

What seems to be the problem with yours? Usually it's the PP-7A/PP-7B power supply that goes bad. Usually not many issues with the ISO/power switch. They do go bad but not nearly as often as the PS itself.

Yeah, I grabbed that pic off QA to show what it looks like (as opposed to the newer DKjr/Popeye transformers with the ON/OFF switch on the side and the juction on the top) . Plus, mine is in pieces right now.
The price he's asking for for it is just too much...after S&H it's almost $50.

Is that the same picture as here?

Is that the one you are looking for or do you need a different one?

Hey guys,
Looking for one of the older Radar Scope/DK

model cocktail power transformers. The model is PT-7A (see pic)
For some unkown reason mine is shot...it's the one with the ON/OFF button on the bottom (not the side like the DKjr/Popeye cocktails had).

Just let me know.

Thanks, ERIC

Looks great. There were some control panel buttons on e-bay recently if you are in need. I think there was red, green, and blue. Although I think the green and blue are cheaper at videogamepart.com. The red is hard to find.

Radarscope is doing great. I actually have one and the parts and cabinet to do a second.

Yeah, a little price heavy for non-working but no out of the stratoshpere. There is also an original upright on e-bay right no. It's been converted to DK and is certainly on the high side also. It's a nice 5 speaker slot model.
