Brian, see my response in your thread. Cap kits are pretty easy. I never did any soldering until my first Cap Kit. I was nervous but was surprised by how simple it is. And I tend to have shaky hands, so if I can solder, anyone can. ;?)

My PC10 is the dual-screen variety. I am still new to this (this is my first cabinet.) and I need AT LEAST one new monitor or cap kit. Which is easier and cheaper to do... monitor replacement or cap kit? I am not willing to discharge a CRT by myself, so i would like to hire someone to do it. Opinions? Tips? Past experience? Any advice is appreciated.
