Looking for a decent Time Pilot cab/working game. 2 Replies

Any know of a Time Pilot cab in the KY/IN/OH area? I have a decent working boardset (Komani)...but will buy a complete game if needed.

Does anyone have a lead on a Karate Champ in or around KY? I found one in IL but that is a long drive.

975 Baxter Ave - at least I am pretty sure it's still there...

Can you post a more exact address? I couldn't find that Wicks Pizza...only on Baxter Ave.

That sounds good Wayne. I appreciate the possible offer to game at your place as well! That sounds like a good time. I'll post the details over in the IN/MI forum as well now that we have this solidified.

I've bought a few parts from Ed before, and he's a very stand-up guy and great to talk to. This should be pretty cool!

I hope some others decide to make it up!

If we meet there we can walk up to Ed Lutz's shop - "Arcade Odessey", It's about a block away from Wick's. Ed is a very knowledgable guy and has alot of classics in his shop. I have known him for several years and he is a great guy to boot...And maybe...just maybe we can head to my house for a few beers and some game play.

You guys think Wicks Pizza on Bardstown Rd @ 2:00 PM on Sat. October 3rd sounds good? That's a pretty central place that's easy to find and should allow us several hours to meet/greet and talk shop.
BrokenToken Comment by BrokenToken on September 8, 2009 at 10:45pm
Initially, yes - just a meet/greet and then get into establishing some new relationships and discuss each others' collection and see who has what for sale/trade/whatever. It will be nice to meet some other collectors in the area. Would love it if you felt like making it down, but I understand that it's a bit of a drive.

Meet and do what, visit?

That sounds good Wayne. I'm hoping some of the other guys in either this or the IN/MI group will chime in. I'm thinking of meeting somewhere on Bardstown Rd.in the afternoon of the 3rd. There are plenty of places to pick from there.

Hopefully there will be some more respondents soon.

I will be there...either day is good for me...keep me posted..or just get in contact with me, I am in Louisville and am always looking for a few more collectors to hang out with. there are(were) a few others in here in louisville and Southern IN, but they usually drop off here and there...get out of it, or get bored with the hobby.

I'm going to post in that group and see if anyone there would be interested in a meet-up. I'm thinking something like October 3rd or October 10th (Sat) in Louisville out of fairness to everyone... I'm afraid that if we had it anywhere else, the bulk of the people would have to drive a lot farther than just one or two people.

I also want to give people enough notice so that we can have as good of a turnout as possible.
