Another Tranquility Base Arcade Logo Added!

The first sign I made looked good I decided I needed one in the other room as well. This time I had one 'professionally done'. I sent the artwork to Rich at This Old Game who vectored the art, printed it, mounted it on plywood, routed the edge and installed arcade T-molding around the entire perimeter giving it a great finished look! Rich did a fantastic job and the sign was completed very quickly. It looks like it came right from a conference room at NASA...the Nasa Arcade Conference room that is! I love it! And yes..."The Eagle has landed!"

P.s. The picture of the sign by my change machine is the prototype I made! Printed it, laminated in 3mil gloss then spray adhesive mounted to black foam core board.

For those of you who don't like the look of a high tech game room (i.e. large exposed or visible speakers) and are looking to re-create an arcade like you remember back in the day.....I found a really nice 'Ceiling speaker kit' that is a snap to install. Details can be found in the discussion section above (Cool Stuff For Your Game Room)....

Big welcome Patrick, glad you took the plunge and signed up.

Where are you at in remodeling? You can show in progress photos, I am sure members would like to see those too for ideas for their own rooms...

Hey Alan that Change machine in your gameroom is cool. I am constantly keeping my eyes open for one, but havent found one yet. I would love to add that machine to my gameroom.

Jphillip, your gameroom plan on your blog looks cool. I like the bar ideal and was at one time considering adding a bar in my gameroom, but never did.
