I do not own a Donkey Kong Jr so it was only tested in MAME and not real hardware.

Shane, not to sound like a lazy collector but I think it might be easier just to yank the 100V florescent and toss in a $10 under the counter florescent fixture from the hardware store. Now, if you plug the 110V fixture in the 100V power source then there is a chance that overtime the fixture will die... However, you can splice it into the 110V coming into the cabinet if you wish.

You will most likely not find the bulb in your local hardware/home improvement store...you will probably need to order it. The Nintendo fixtures are Japanese - 100 volt units. Do a little Googling and you will find a couple of stores on the Internet that carries them...the name escapes me right now...but they can be had
