I am in the market for hot glue to hold the "wire wrap" wires for my 4-in-1 Pac Hack in place. In particular I want to hold the wires that are attached to the legs on the floating portion of the oversized sockets in place so they don't short together as things settle.

I think I read somewhere there are different types of hot glues. Do you have a recommendation for the appropriate type of hot glue, as well as a good glue gun for this purpose?

No smoke... works like new... great. This is where I usually put a two-part insulating glue along the crack to help secure the two pieces & cover up parts of the ugly repair, but, unfortunately, it is no longer made. I would assume that a standard hot stick glue would accomplish the same thing.

Heres what i was looking at over at Bob's site

Thanks Shane! I knew I had seen something somewhere. So, I guess I should just use standard hobby hot glue.

BTW... I just wish I had read Bob's neckboard repair tip when I had a Frenzy I could have picked up 5 minutes from me for $40. I assumed neck boards would be a nightmare. Oh well, I will know next time.
