Classic Arcade, Pinball and Console Collecting Gaming Community

From looking through the nearly 40 threads, these are the contest entrants that finished and followed the rules.

Bud Tapper, Super Hang-On, Radar Scope, Frenzy, Paperboy, Tron Galaga

Here is the original Restoration Contest blog post for the rules and details.

I am 99% sure this is all of them, but if you think I missed yours, let me know.

Voting

For now, let's put your vote in this thread. Just list the name of the entry you liked the most. You can only vote once, and if it is your entry, we assume you like your own :)

Voting will be open until October 23rd for members. Get your vote in now.

Edit:
Galaga shouldn't have been on the list here, it was in the list of items that weren't elligible.

They are all really good and it was a really hard decision... I have to say Radar Scope because of the size of the project.
Dave
Radar Scope :)
They are all really well done... but Paperboy gets my vote.

Guess I messed up somewhere with the rules.

I suspect your entries were disqualified for the following:

Because this is such a great prize, we want to see original restorations, something interesting, something a little more challenging and off the beaten path. For that reason the following games are not eligible;
  • Donkey Kong Family (DK, Dk Jr., DK 3)
  • Q*Bert
  • Ms. Pac-man
  • Centipede
  • Galaga

I know it says Ms. Pac-Man, but I believe Pac-Man was also implied.

Kevin, you did a phenomenal job on your Pac/Ms. Pac restorations. Beautiful work!
I cannot believe the level of detail and hard work that goes into some of these elite restorations! Congratulations to everyone! Your arcades are all more beautiful due to your hard work.

This is a very difficult choice. On one hand is Chris' beautifully detailed and loving Paper Boy, and on the other is Crowbarz' Radar Scope with all of the custom artwork he did himself!

Vote: Radar Scope
thanks Brian! it was quit a task. the only pic i found of the whole game was from the flyer itself. i racked my brain high and low for months trying to figure the right layout for the sideart and the rest of the cabinet. thanks again for your vote!!

I vote for Radar Scope.

I loved them all, but this one was just so unique and well done.
Pretty simply stated in the rules.

This is not about putting links in a thread to other websites, you need to generate original content exclusively at Coinopspace.com. This includes photos. Photos must be included in the forum post, not a link to an external website.
All fantastic, and waaaaay better than I could ever do.

I have to vote for the Paperboy though; just a little more attention to every detail.

(By the way Chris - I'd love to commission some restorations!)

Great job guys!
Tough decision.... I vote for Radar Scope.
My Vote is Paperboy. What a great job, I cant believe he took apart the handlebars.. Yikes!! Glad it all came back together.
Greg
I didn't read the comments until after I made my decision. I was pleased to see the general consensus lean toward Paperboy because that was my vote as well. The Radar Scope was something else though. Actually there was something on all the games that made my jaw drop. Fantastic work all around. And really, they're video games! There are no losers in this contest. We're all doing what we love to do!

Jeff...What about a pinball restoration?
