Atari LED Button Source?

Hey all,

I'd like to know what source you use for the Atari LED light-up buttons. I recently discovered that the two in my Atari Football had their threads glued to the button enclosure after one too many passes.

I'm only familiar with RAM Controls and they are (yikes) $20 each.
