Moon Shuttle: Multi-Nichibutsu Cabinet

Introduction:

I ended up having a Nichibutsu Moon Shuttle cabinet shipped to me. Unfortunately, the cab was either going to be trashed or MAME'd!

Since so much of the artwork is missing or in poor shape, I initially bought this with the intention that I would convert it to Crazy Climber, as I like the look of the "standard" upright compared to the "deluxe" upright.

Who dares to work with Wacko

Peeling this art off was nothing short of a several hour nightmare. I tried several different things including heat on one side of the art which produced poor results and finally had to resort to adhesive remover and a scraper to get the other side off. This is going to need a boatload of retouching but if there's any chance of ever seeing this art reproduced, it's probably gonna have to start here. I can get this scanned in one pass on a big flatbed but the big question is who's up to the task… Continue
